Ken Hynes, owner and inspector, is a 1977 graduate of Boston Trade, a Residential Contractor for 25 years and graduate of Thompson University as a Certified Home Inspector.
Ken is licensed in the state of New Hampshire, Certified in Lead Paint Renovations, PHII Certified for structural pest inspections, and an associate member of ASHI. He is known for his professional demeanor and thoroughness, and for building strong client relationships.
Ken doesn't just report on what's wrong with a home, but also offers recommendations regarding how to fix the situation.

Rob Hynes, Licensed Home Inspector and son of owner, Ken Hynes, has 10+ years of experience working in the trades. Initially, Rob was the project manager of his father, Ken’s, general contracting business, which he eventually took over in 2008. During this time, Rob also enjoyed a couple of years as a licensed realtor.
As All Views Home Inspection Services grew and became a preferred vendor in the home buying process, Ken’s need to take on another inspector became crucial in maintaining the quality of our service. Since 2014, Ken has been training Rob to inspect homes — taking him on dozens of inspections, ranging from historical homes to new construction.
Rob’s experience as a real estate agent has proven to be an invaluable asset to him as a home inspector. His well-rounded understanding of the home buying process helped him realize the importance of maintaining a professional attitude even when discovering significant defects during an inspection. Rob is professional, ethical, thorough and likable, and he looks forward to inspecting your next home.
